About Us
We started conducting health camps nearly 25 years ago to reach people in underserved communities. What began as small, informal efforts grew into a larger mission, and in 2021, we officially established the Ramanujam Trust to carry this work forward in a more organized way.
Through the trust, we conduct medical camps, offer free consultations, and provide healthcare support to those who need it most. Guided by the values of compassion, care, and service, we remain committed to extending healthcare beyond hospital walls and making a positive difference in the lives of people in and around Ambasamudram.
What We Offer
At Ramanujam Trust, we go beyond hospital walls to bring specialized healthcare directly to the community. Our camps focus on critical health issues such as cancer, cardiac conditions, and varicose veins, with experienced doctors volunteering their time and expertise.

Ramanujam Trust takes healthcare beyond hospital walls, through camps on cancer, cardiac care, and varicose veins, with expert doctors dedicating their service to the community.
Our stories
At KMC Hospital, Ambasamudram, under the leadership of Dr. Ramanand and Dr. Ramanujam Hospital, in collaboration with Medall Diagnostics Chennai, and with the support of the Rotary Club of Ambasamudram, a free medical camp was conducted last month for children suffering from cleft lip and palate.
In this camp, 15 children were identified for free surgery. Among them, one-and-a-half-year-old child Ethiksha, daughter of Mr. Balaji Srimurugan, who had a cleft lip from birth, successfully underwent surgery.
This marks the first surgery conducted under this initiative at KMC Hospital. Dr. Balaji Srimurugan expressed happiness and gratitude, saying that his daughter was given a new life through this surgery.
